Cyber Security Analyst at Trinidad and Tobago Cyber Security Incident Response Team
Anish Bachu is an experienced cyber security professional attached to the Trinidad and Tobago Cyber Security Incident Response Team (TT-CSIRT) under the Ministry of National Security. His duties vary from incident response, vulnerability and threat monitoring to cyber security assessments of government systems and infrastructure.
Anish graduated from St. John’s University in New York with a BSc in Cyber Security Systems and a Masters of Business Administration in Information Systems and Decision Science. He is also a member of the Cyber Security Industry Advisory Board at St. John’s for their BSc and MSc programs.

Christian is currently the Director of Professional Services and Chief Information Security Officer for SISAP with more than 15 years of experience in information security and technology. His responsibilities include managing the areas of security programs, consulting and innovation of new generation products and services. Prior to SISAP, Christian worked at Verizon as a security consultant for more than 5 years during which he delivered the Verizon Security Program (SMP) and the Verizon Application Certification Program (AppCert).
With his experience in security programs, Christian and his team designed and created SISAP’s Cyber Security Program. A security program focused on the needs of Latin American organizations. In addition to his experience with security programs, Christian has experience in network penetration testing, web application penetration testing, mobile application penetration testing, physical penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and phishing testing among others. Christian has taught courses like OWASP TOP 10 and OWASP TOP 10 Proactive Controls and penetration testing since 2006. Christian has been invited to speak for multiple SISAP’s customers at an executive level and for ISACA meetings.
Christian has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, San Diego. Additionally, he has multiple worldwide recognized certifications such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27005 Risk Analyzer, Certified Ethical Hacker (C | EH) and Tenable Guardian, among others.

Dr Walcott is the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) from 2014-to 2020. Dr Walcott has an MBA and a DBA both specializing in Financial Management. Other portfolios included the Executive Vice President of Mobile Services at TSTT. Prior to working at TSTT, Dr Walcott held senior management roles at ANSA McAL Carib Brewery, and at BWIA (now Caribbean Airlines) where he held management roles in Finance and Technical Operations.
During his tenure as CEO of TSTT, Dr Walcott championed Digital Transformation which was a key tenet of the 5-year strategic plan that he developed and executed. Included in that strategic plan was modernizing TSTT’s entire network, restructuring the organization, securing US$400M in financing and automating and modernizing all customer service elements. Given his knowledge and qualifications, Dr Walcott has a wealth of telecommunications, business, technical operations, and technology knowledge, skills, and experience. With an excellent record of developing and executing complex technological and strategic initiatives, Dr Walcott is adept at understanding markets, key business decisions and financial operations and now leads Precision Cybertechnologies and Digital Solutions as the Managing Director, spearheading the shift in Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity in Trinidad and Tobago and by extension the region) with his added cybersecurity certification CISM, CEH, CompTIA.
