
PAYMENTS CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
- REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF SAME ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 16TH, 2025
- PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 16TH
- Cancellations must be made by October 7th in order for refunds to be considered. Cancellations received after this date will result in non payment of refunds. If payment is not made, but cancellation received after October 7th, 50% of the registration fee will be required to be paid
