PAYMENTS CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY: 

  •  Cancellations will be considered once notice is received in WRITING on or before October 31st 2024, and a full refund generated once payment was made.
    No cancellation or refund will be entertained if notice is received after October 31st. Should cancellation be made after this date and no payment made 50% of the registration fee must be paid.
  • Substitutions of participants will be permitted up to and including event day.
  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of this form on or before November 7, 2024.
  • PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE or ON EVENT DATE.
