  • Confirmation: Your registration is officially confirmed only when the TT Chamber receives this signed form along with full payment on or before June 5, 2026.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, LINX, Credit Card, and Cheques (payable to the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund Deadline: To receive a full refund, you must submit a written cancellation notice by June 3, 2026.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: By signing and returning this form, you accept full financial responsibility for the registration. Cancellations made after June 3, 2026, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee applies and will be billed immediately even if your initial payment is still pending.
  • No-Shows: Registrants who fail to attend the event without providing prior written cancellation are not entitled to a refund and remain liable for the full registration fee.
