The award soon outgrew its modest beginnings and evolved into an official programme which now inducts a maximum of two business leaders at its annual awards event. Each year outstanding individuals are inducted (one of whom may be posthumous) into our Business Hall of Fame.

Mobile Medical Global Limited
Initially it was a dream of the founder David Richards, to offer bedside x-rays in patients homes. After research, the machinery and equipment was very expensive, so David decided to pivot. Mobile Medical Global Ltd started rostering radiographers to provide after hour services for private hospitals. In 2020 he got investors and November of that year received the first portable x-ray system. Operations started in January 2021, it was impeccable timing as conventional medical imaging requires patients to go to the hospital or private x-ray center.
Providing home x-rays at the height of the Covid 19 pandemic catapulted the validity of the service. We served Covid negative patients that needed imaging but did not want to risk infection at a hospital. We served Covid positive patients that could not access care at the designated public institutions that were being treated at home by their doctors.
In a post Covid society we continue to serve a wide cross section of patients. Ranging from those who are bed bound, where accessing medical imaging at a hospital requires special transport arrangements such as an ambulance. To the busy executive who does not have the luxury of time to wait at an institution. We also partner with senior care facilities as well as doctor offices where we go directly to the patient. We bring compassion, convenience and competent care at the point where the patient needs care.
We also partner with doctors to do on site medicals. Some of our past customers are as follows, Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), Water and Sewage Authority (WASA), Domus Windows, SCL Group of Companies and TTPOST.
