PAYMENTS CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
  • REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF SAME ON OR BEFORE MARCH 31st, 2025
  • PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON OR BEFORE MARCH 31ST
  • Cancellations must be made by March 31st in order for refunds to be considered.  Cancellations received after this date will result in non payment of refunds.  If payment is not made, but cancellation received after March 31st, 50% of the registration fee will be required to be paid
