More About The Event

Summer is almost over and as we return from vacation and re-focus on the exciting task of building our amazing businesses, the NOVA Committee wants to help you re-energize by inviting you to attend the 4th Edition of our Masters of Industry Lunch N’ Learn Series 2018. For Edition 4, which will be held on Thursday September 13th, 2018, we will feature a trilogy of brotherhood and success with John, Joseph and Robert Hadad, Co-Chief Executive Officers of the HADCO Group of Companies. Driven by a vision to be a diverse and innovative company, with empowered employees, integrated processes, and a brand image that makes them the preferred choice of customers, HADCO continues to demonstrate its amazing ability to ‘walk the talk’.  With over 26 years of commitment to their passion for success, the Hadad brothers continue to provide unwavering inspiration for all entrepreneurs.  HADCO was started in 1992 and now consists of five divisions and 12 subsidiaries, representing 154 different brands. The HADCO Group is also the largest importer and distributor of ice cream products in Trinidad and Tobago, representing premium brands such as Häagen-Dazs, Breyers, Nestlé, and Ben and Jerry’s. So it comes as no surprise that the Group is adding ice cream manufacturing to its list of achievements, with the development of a $35 million ice cream production plant under the brand Creamy Novelties. This, along with its cooking oil recycling plant, are a couple of the innovative ways that the Group is pro-actively tackling the local FOREX problem. The brothers all specialized in different areas of study from engineering physics to accounting to general management and they have brought these various skills together to build a formidable and successful family business. Please join us for this amazing opportunity to be a part of an intimate lunch, along with other future leaders, to ask questions and learn how to apply these lessons to your business to assist in maintaining your competitive edge.
