Masters of Industry Lunch N' Learn Series 2018: Edition 5

As we head towards the end of the year and we start to think about continuous improvement in 2019 and what we need to change in our businesses, the NOVA Committee wants to help fuel some of these amazing ideas by inviting you to attend the 5th and FINAL Edition of our Masters of Industry Lunch N’ Learn Series 2018.

In September, we had John, Joseph and Robert Hadad, Co-Chief Executive Officers of the HADCO Group of Companies. This was a no holds barred session where anything and any question went. We got down and into the trenches where the guys gave honest, tangible and unfiltered feedback on their success story and how they operate the Group. Everyone left educated!

For Edition 5, which will be held on Thursday November 15th, 2018, we will swing back to corporate T&T with Gervase Warner, Executive Director of Massy Holdings and the President and Group CEO of the Massy Group.

Founded in 1932 by Harry Neal and Charles Massy, Massy has grown into one of the Caribbean basin’s largest conglomerates. Composed of over 60 companies in eight countries, Massy provides a variety of products and services, including retail, insurance, automotive, information technology, energy, and industrial equipment.

Gervase, who is a Harvard Business School graduate, took the reigns of the Group in 2009, and has steered it from strength to strength and tirelessly pushed it towards its vision as a Force for Good. Prior to his Massy experience, Gervase was a Partner at the international management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, where he spent eleven years serving clients in the US, Latin America and Caribbean, across a wide range of industries. He currently serves on the Trinidad & Tobago Board of Citigroup Merchant the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and United Way Trinidad & Tobago. Before Harvard, Gervase earned a BSc. in Electrical and Computer Science engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and before that (and this hurts as I am a Fatima Old Boy), he went to St. Mary’s College.

Please join us for this amazing opportunity to be a part of an intimate lunch, along with other future leaders, to ask questions and learn how to apply these lessons to your business to assist in maintaining your competitive edge.
