Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about graphic design, possess a strong understanding of design principles, and have the ability to bring creative concepts to life. As a Junior Graphic Artist, you will collaborate with our Brand Development and Public Affairs team to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Assist in the creation of various design assets such as digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.
- Work closely with BDPA Manager to develop design concepts and bring them to fruition.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
Skills and Qualifications: –
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create visually compelling designs that communicate brand messages effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
