Thank you for showing interest in joining the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. To ensure that your application submission reaches our Board of Directors on the first Wednesday of every month (unless notified otherwise) for review, and to ensure that we respond to your request in a timely manner, we have created the following steps to guide you accordingly.
Please note that all prospective members of our Chamber MUST BE incorporated companies within Trinidad and Tobago. Upon completion of the application form and all relevant documents and payment, kindly deliver to:

Application Guidelines : ALL STEPS ARE MANDATORY
1. Fill out the Membership application form.
Notes: To complete this application form, all potential members are required to have a Proposer and Seconder both of whom are members and are in good standing with our Chamber.
2. Read carefully the Chamber’s Code of Conduct and upon agreement, sign the ‘Chamber’s Copy’ and attach to the application form.
3. For Companies applying: You are required to submit a copy of your business profile AND a photocopy of your Company’s certificate of Incorporation.
For Individuals applying: You are required to submit a copy of your curriculum vitae.
What information should my business profile include?
As part of getting to know more about our clients and the functions of their business, we ask that a description about the company is submitted along with their application.
This description should include but is not limited to: The date of establishment, Members and/or Directors, Stakeholders (if any), Member Companies (if conglomerate),Products and Services.
Please note that effective June 30th, 2012 ALL potential members are required to pay 50% of the Annual Subscription Fee and the Registration Fee.
Membership fees
The Chamber’s last fee increase was in 2004. As with any business, from time to time, it becomes necessary to increase the fees to match expenses and service offerings.
As at January 01, 2012, our Board of Directors has approved a small increase in membership subscription, which for some of our members may amount to as little as TT$150 + VAT. As at March 01, 2012, an increase in membership application was approved.
Both the new fees for membership subscription and application now apply.
